Cooking With Crannif - English Muffin Snacks

Hi folks, and welcome to another installment of Cooking With Crannif. Today's lesson should really be called "Snackin' With Crannif" because we're gonna make a healthy and tasty snack I like to call "english muffins with peanut butter and honey." Just a warning, today's lesson involves some unique ingredients and semi-advanced cooking techniques, so you may not be able to replicate my process exactly...but don't worry, I've provided some simple alternatives to help those of you out that aren't as committed to your snackin' as I am. So...let's get started!

Crispy Potato Cubes

This looks pretty gross as I take a look at the picture, but the potatoes were actually quite good. There are only a few ingredients, but the flavor is good and they were crispy from just being baked (versus having deep fried french fries).

Made this recipe for the 52 Weeks of Baking swap on Swap-Bot. The recipe and feedback about it were included in the swap.
