how to cut an avocado with ease!

In the photos that follow, I'll show you how to cut and peel an avocado with ease!

You can use your free (i.e., non-camera-wielding) hand to cradle the avocado as you carefully work your way through the steps. Your palm should make contact with the avocado in the same place that my cutting board does. If you want to take your kitchen safety to a new level (never a bad idea), place a tea towel between your hand and the avocado; if you make any slips along the way, the knife will hit the tea towel rather than your hand!

Now carry on to Part 1!
